Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HypeKit (“HypeKit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use HypeKit.

The service

HypeKit helps you collect, manage, and display customer testimonials, including via AI-assisted conversations, forms, shareable links, and optional Stripe-triggered requests. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the testimonials and customer data you collect through HypeKit. You confirm you have the right to contact the customers you invite and to display the testimonials you publish.

Plans and billing

HypeKit offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly through our payment processor. Paid features are described at checkout and on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and downgrades you to the free plan. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don't use HypeKit to send spam, collect testimonials you aren't entitled to, fabricate reviews, infringe others' rights, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.

Your content

You own the testimonials and content you collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service to you. We don't sell your data.

Third-party services

HypeKit relies on providers like Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Anthropic. Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their terms.

Disclaimers and liability

HypeKit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using HypeKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
